Fantastic Animal Crossing 2DS case ⊟

You don’t see many outstanding Nintendo 2DS cases, so I’m happy to feature this one from Beandog Labs. Look at all those pockets for your tiny cartridges!

This line of 2DS/3DS/XL/Vita custom cases can get a little expensive with prices starting at $50 (Beandog also has sells cheaper pouches), but it includes a microsuede interior to make sure your systems are scratch-free, hidden magnetic closures on the corners, a small ring on the side for charms, your choice of art featured on the design, and the option to have your name or other text printed on the inside.

Check out Beandog Labs’s etsy shop here, and follow its Tumblr here.

I actually really love the hyper-stylized anatomy in Crystal.
I love the giraffe legs.  I love the big chunky feet.  I love the spindly super-articulated needle-point fingers.  I love the sharp corners that their elbows and knees and wrists create.
They look like giants.  They look like they could crush mortals under their feet.  They aren’t soft, round, childlike moeblobs.  They’re here to fuck shit up.

You might have already heard, but theshortsleeves just released the digital version of that cutie cassette they Kickstarted back in February. It’s full of new tracks, AMAZING remixes, and all the adorableness Paul & Jenn carry around on their persons at all times. Have you met these guys? They’re the cutest ever.

Side Note: I was over in Brooklyn for their killer Pulsewave/Cassette Release show with Nordloef and Crying ~on a whim~ last weekend (after obsessing so much I ran out of excuses not to) and took some photos and some pretty badgood video. All coming soon.

Hey Portland! This weekend we are having a studio garage sale. Saturday and Sunday. Come by, we’ll have all manner of things from art to normal garage sale stuff, and of course a free box to root through.
Poster design by Walker Cahall.

As a Portland person who likes Records and Art and Stuff and Things, I figure I should repost this

It’s come to my attention that H.R. Giger passed today. This gif I did last year definetly has a lot his art’s spirit in it, and I figured it’d be appropriate to reblog it again for people to see.

'Forgotten Worlds' is a new fully illustrated series in which I explore the lost video games of generations past and the innovative hardware that has influenced the current generation of systems today.

In this debut issue the Nintendo Famicom Disk System features along with classic games like Zelda, Doki Doki Panic and Metroid

The booklet folds out, transforming into an A3 poster depicting the box art from these Nintendo classics so once you’re done reading you can flip the zine over and you’ve got a lovely poster.

It’s on sale currently for £6 and you can purchase them from my shop (link) thanks!

take my money
